Winmarleigh House is located in the heart of Warrington convenient for all the town's major facilities. Winmarleigh Street starts immediately opposite the Golden Gates of the Town Hall and runs down to within 200 yards of Bank Quay station.

There is a car park for about 80 cars available during the evenings. It is also close to several pay and display car parks some of which are free in the evenings and at weekends.
